Be Brave Logo for the Classroom

111Be Brave

I am excited so many people have taken the “Be Brave” rule in my class (read more about it here) and modified it to work for their classroom! I wanted to share an image I created using the font from the movie Brave. I photoshopped the “b’ and “e” to create “Be Brave.” Use as you wish in your classroom but please don’t include this in anything you plan to sell. I hope everyone has a Brave year!

Thank you for the file and the inspiration. I used this concept as the theme of my back to school message to parents. It was well received.

  4. Than you! I’m using this rule this year!

  6. Hi Matt,

I love your Be Brave rule, and plan on implementing it this year As well. I’d love to use your nametags, but I need to print them in business card size. I am going to purchase the adhesive business card pockets to stick inside my cubbies. It was a beast to remove the old stickers, so hopefully these will last for more than one year! Is it possible to do a reformat?

Thank you Matt for sharing this– Somehow the last E is not printing for me. I get “Be Brav”– on my school computer it looks like it isn’t included when I right click and get the save or print menu. When I hover over the E I get a add to shortcuts/blog menu instead. Maybe it’s just me??

Thank you! I told our new principal about “Be Brave” as our #1 rule and she smiled (and then told me to keep the clip chart :-( ). I’m going to see if I can have a banner made at Office Max!

Love love love the idea. How would I go about presenting this to my parents and my principal. What types of forms would be I send home to inform the parents. Our grade level is wanting to join on this with you!!
